Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of ErrandPay's white-label payment platform, websites, mobile applications, POS terminals, dashboards and any related services (together, the "Services") provided by Errand P LTD ("ErrandPay", "we", "our" or "us"), a Payment Service Provider licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in Nigeria to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts & KYC

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information during account registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.
  • We may require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Know-Your-Business (KYB) verification before granting or continuing access.

3. White-label partner obligations

  • Partners may rebrand the Services in accordance with the brand guidelines provided.
  • Partners are responsible for the accuracy of communications issued to their agents and end users.
  • Partners must comply with all applicable Nigerian financial-services laws, including AML/CFT obligations.

4. Fees & settlement

Standard fees include a flat ₦10 on transfers and 0.40% on cash-out (capped at ₦75). PayByTransfer carries a default base fee of ₦15 with an optional partner mark-up. Detailed fees and settlement schedules are set out in your commercial agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful or abusive purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Services (excluding partner brand assets) belongs to ErrandPay or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as contemplated by these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services and to use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErrandPay's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees paid to ErrandPay by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by applicable law or regulator, or for risk-management reasons. You may terminate your account in accordance with your commercial agreement.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
